Maryland OAG Website
For the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, Betsy led the redesign of a complex, text-heavy government site into a clear, citizen-centered experience. The result was a modern, mobile-friendly site that makes it easier for Maryland residents to find information, exercise their rights, and access critical services.

The Attorney General’s website serves as a primary access point for Maryland residents seeking information on consumer protection, legal resources, victims’ services, and public safety. Our challenge was to reimagine the site around the user — while building scalable structures and systems that could be applied across dozens of other Maryland state agencies..
